Animal Rescue Corps' focus is assisting
law enforcement agencies with cruelty situations or disasters beyond
their own means to address. We will sometimes help friends and partners
network animals when we don't have ongoing projects, but we currently
have several projects on our plates and don't have the time to give your
situation the attention it requires and deserves.
Reaching
out directly to rescue organizations with foster homes or good shelters
if your best bet. Below are some contact for you. I have also emailed
ARC's Maryland Community Liaison because she does south-north transports
for the ASPCA. She is possibly set to go to Charlotte this week, so she
may already be involved with this situation. Best of luck to you. I
